We take it on every trip and it keeps the kids ocupied. When home my children often use it instead of a TV in their bedroom to watch a cartoon before they fall asleep. The player has never failed, we have never had any problems with it and it's been used A LOT!!! Very happy with the purchase

The kids and I think its great because its compatible with the Playstation and xbox and I believe the Wii game systems as well. Its pretty cool it comes in a nice package at a great price. Its great for the road!!
Great Purchase!!, November 9, 2011 By Nicole (ID) - See all my reviews This review is from: Polaroid 7" Swivel Portable DVD Player - Blue (DPA-07046Q) (Electronics) I bought one of these in pink from Walmart around Christmas time in 2007 and it has been an excellent purchase. I have two children and it has been through a lot with them. Eventually the lid for the DVD partially broke but I placed a thick piece of paper on top to hold it closed and works just fine. Just recently the cord is starting to short out but I was able to purchase a new one from Walmart for $15. The headphones work just fine. I love the flip around monitor and the remote control!! We never attempted to attach any gaming devices. I would definately purchase this item again.
